In the span of 10 days, i managed to go to Manchester, Leeds, Bradford and Hull. How awesome. Not for my bank account though. HEHE. But all is good, February is just around the corner. Now im back in Cardiff, and uni starts in about 2 hours. I should shower, i'll do that soon.

Hello world!

Despite the constant gloomy British weather that has been filling us this past week, it has been a good week for me :) Im in Leeds at the Chubbster's house...chillaxing while he's in Uni for another 2 hours. Just arrived here at around 10.30 this morning, after a tummy-filled weekend at Aunty Nong's with Aimi. Now, im just catching up on the series "Weeds", which i started watching last week. And im already on season 3. Yes, it's messed up! But the mom's pretty. Haha.

I still have a 2000 word essay due this Friday, which i just got approval on the topic from Francesca this morning. But i've lost all will to write another essay. Haha. I havent had a proper rest since exams were over. So i deserve some lazy time =D Right!



This is what i wrote for the past 5hours. Got sidetracked. Hehe. Will update soon then :)

Btw, Manchester to Leeds for 2.50 and Leeds to Bradford for 1.90 (day return).... How awesome right? :D

One down and one more in 2 days. I guess it went alright. The moment i saw the questions, i just put in everything i know about the 2 topics. Relevant or not. Haha. That's the way to do it. I guess its not bad that there are no right or wrong answers. Its your opinion that counts. In my case, i just elaborated authors' opinions from the books i read. Haha.

Then, when i got home, mummy called to make sure i woke up. HAHA. Talked to papah as well. It was nice :) I miss them. Oh, and somehow Farid and I could be related, not blood though. Thru two marriages. haha. Small country Brunei is. Seriously!

Oh, i watched OTH season 5. It made me depressed a bit. The fact that Brooke had her dreams come true and got everything she wanted, just not everything. And Peyton quit her job that didnt promise her dream career, was so close though. Then Nathan.. well... just watch *sigh* It was so different. It made me think about my career and where im going, whether i'll be happy or not. But at least, i'll have my family close by back home if anything goes wrong :) Not that i want anything to go wrong or anything!!

Omg. Im being lazy right now. Im in bed.

Ok, Baz just went in my room and motivated me to go out with food. Haha. Laterssss

Cramming my head with Theories and Principles of Sustainable Development (TPSD), first paper on the 15th. Environmental Policy on the 17th. The fact that the two modules are interconnected makes life much muchhhh simpler. Im more nervous of the fact that i have to answer it in essay form. Im so used to doing math and having just one answer rather than writing down whatever opinion i have in this deteriorating brain of mine. When Farid was trying to make me practice my essay skills.. I said "All i know is that introductions are 10% of the essay and Conclusions 7-8%... supposedly" (right?) .... Farid went "Stop using numbers!" HAHA. I didnt even realise it. I miss math *snorts* haha. But seriously.... i miss having to deal with numbers.

Mummy texted me earlier today wishing me luck for my exam, although she thought it was tomorrow. Then she asked "mau mummy bangunkan esok? just incase inda terbangun hehe". HAHA. How nice of her :) She never fails to forget the time when i almost missed my exam. I overslept! Tsk tsk tsk. Late nighters before exam is not a good idea. It messes with your mind.. seriously.. so i've learnt the hard way.

My room is a mess. And i feel gross cos i havent showered all day. HAHA. I dont care right now. I'll clean up after the exams. I promise! Oh, the room i meant. Dont worry, i plan to shower tomorrow morning. Hehe.

The essay due on the 18th has been pushed back to 25th. ALHAMDULLILAH! Seriously, everyone is just over their heads with the workload. Thanks to Laura and Dave for complaining to Andrew Flynn! :D

Oh, and did i mention that i managed to have to send my laptop to the IT shop twice in the span of a month. First, it was a hard drive failure. Second, my laptop fell off the bed and had to change the whole hardware for the charger pin. To think it was only a pin! Pfft. The IT shop dude said "i thought you looked familiar" when i said that they might have my details already. HAHA. The next day (not that im asking for it) my laptop fails on me, im buying a new one! with the non-existent money =D So much for saving money. Both occasions happened when i had essays due. How unlucky huh!

Alright, going to bed now. The plan is to wake up at 10am. Not the initial 8 hours i hoped for. hehe.

Worth waiting for

HELLO!

Actually, this blog was supposed to start when I turned 22.. A new start to MY new year i guess... esehhhh. But due to the amount of essays that i had to do, it has caused some delays... Plus, i havent been bothered to blog lately. I guess this is another reason to a new blog. The motivation to fill up an empty space =)

A LOT has happened. Me turning 22 was a big highlight. I would like to THANK my housemates + Jem + Ceej + Nabil for the birthday surprise at the turn of midnight of the 9th and the awesome chocolate cake they made! Also, THANK YOU Mummy, Papah & Zara for calling me twice, both at 11ish-pm on 8th(Mummy forgot that winter's 8hr time difference) and when they woke me up the 9th =) THANK YOU also Aimi for wishing me balik2! =P THANK YOU to My Mr Machine as well, for making sure he was the first one to wish me birthday (Brunei time). Lastly, to all those who wished me... i REALLY REALLY appreciate it everyone =) *hugsss*

Christmas break has been awesome. First it was rome with the housemates, Chubbs and Aimi. Then Farah came down to Cardiff later on. And well, boxing day happened. Plus, the Blackout and New Years hapenned.. plus a lot of bumming. Oh, not forgetting the pipe burst. HAHAHA. I'll leave it at that, just so i'll remember it next time i read this.

Going to Manchester on the 18th. Finally get to meet up Aunty nong and the boys after so long. Plus, my stuff from family is with her :) Then, going to Leeds for the first time on the 21st morning. And in between that and going back to Cardiff, i hope to go to Aimi's place for a day trip at least.

I should be studying now. I've listed which i need to cover, this should be interesting: my first essay based exams after 4 years.
